Nothing Alone

Nothing alone can I bestow, there is no good in me.
Jesus alone can make me whole, Jesus, He sets me free.
All earthly pleasures they do allure me, but to my God I must stay true.
Though thousands compass about me, my God will see me through.

Jesus alone can satisfy my soul, Jesus alone can save me.
He is home when tempest rages, a shelter in the storm.
When I fall He picks me up and brings me to the fold,
He takes my crimson garments and makes them whiter than snow.
Although I am nothing, He is everything to me.
Only Jesus can make me what  I’m supposed to be.

Jesus alone can change you, Jesus alone can save you.
He alone can satisfy your soul. Jesus will never fail you,

He can make you whiter than snow.

So will you lay all at his feet today, not a moment delayed?
For then you can say; Jesus is my Lord, my Savior, my king, my all.

In God’s sight we are more precious than gold, because we are His children.
You’re His child. He loves you, you’re His chosen one.
So give all to the one who came to save and redeem you. ~Amy Cosgrove
